When you are stuck in a situation where nearly every month your money inflow is very less or close to zero and your money outflow still remains the same. This will lead you to a state where soon you will have no money and then you start receiving calls from one and all to repay their money. You are bankrupt when you are in a situation like this. But for you to be called bankrupt and for you to be exempted from some of your debts you have to be legally termed as bankrupt.

I recieved a letter in the mail saying I was charged an a fee forconcession recovery fee and are part of the class action. If this is illegal why are they still charging it I just reserved my car for this summer. Its still there.

So I rented 8 or more times during the class period and receive up to 20 value in a certificate for my next rental. Rental car company raises rates to cover the 10 or 20 certificates for the next rental so what did I receive

I visit Vegas often and rent a car. All car rentals pressure customers to purchase their insurance. My peraonal policy covers car rentals for the limits of my policy which I am comfortable with. The one thing they all stress is Down time cost for repair in the event of an accident. Does anyone know if there is a limit a customer is responsible for paying car rental fee for repair Down time My insurance says they pay down time if every car in the class I rented has been rented out. Otherwise the car rental company has cars available for rent while repairs are being made to the damaged car and therefore no charge should be made for Down time. I cannot find out what Nevada law states about Down time. Also is there a time limit for Down time to get a car repaired Example: a customer pays 2 days car rental for down time or 3 days or whatever. Anyone have answers to these scnarios Thanks Wayne
