Had problems within the first 3 months. Dr. says to continue therapy. I kept saying it doesn't feel right. I didn't find out about lawsuit until 2010. By then I already had a partial replacement. Everything was documented and lined up to a T. I just had a total replacement in 2015. I'm 34. I've been told that in just gonna have to live with it. Feeling resentful, feeling screwed over. I've pretty much have list half my life

Re: Shoulder Pain Pump - Class Action - Class Action Lawsuit

What years has this been associated with as I have had 4 surgeries that included different pumps and some were exploratory. (Some stating that if I allowed the use of it I wouldn't be charged). What is the make, model, brands being considered? How do I know if this involves my salutation? I continue to have shoulder pain and numbness although, have been told arthritis is part of surgery. This numbness began immediately after surgery.

Re: Shoulder Pain Pump - Class Action - Class Action Lawsuit

Is there a statutue of limitations for this?

Re: Shoulder Pain Pump - Class Action - Class Action Lawsuit

I don't get it. Is there a defect in the product, or is there just a risk in using it? Have people been misled? Anyone have any insight
