I took paxil in my early twenties after taking the drug I developed an eye tick, trouble maintaining eye contact due to the inability to focus while having conversation. This drug made me feel worse so I discontinued it. :(

I took Paxil for 3 months 2009-2010. Had body wide tremors and ticks that took 3 weeks after I discontinued use and had a scary tick that interfered with my breathing. Don't trade depression for Parkinson's. Not worth it.

I didn't take Paxil ,however, my young son did take Paxil for many years for his autism. He took paxil once a day from age 3 to age 11. A neurologist at Madigan Army hospital recommended discontinuing the daily dose due to eye rolling ticks. The tick remain although the frequency of these ticks has reduced. We have been told he may have these ticks for the remainder of his life.

Why doesn't this Class action suit include those who made attempts? Many attempts on top of that? Completely ruined my life. Took while I was pregnant. The withdrawal was Horrid! No justice for those who lived after their many attempts, many weeks, months in psych wards, institutions trying to explain to the doctors you have No idea why you tried to kill yourself, only to be drugged with other crap on top of the Paxil.

Almost got prescribed this but I went an alternative route. So happy but Ive seen these drugs really mess with other people I know. People need to ask their doctors more questions and if the doctors dont know find someone who does.
