I always liked that their phone plans were very reasonable.  In the past when I purchased a phone I would simply call them up and ask them to port my phone number. The reps in OH were always very nice and helpful.  Over a year ago I called to switch phone. The customer rep was very rude and started lecturing me about how that was not their responsibility and that I should have my phone switched over using one of their vendors.  Last month I purchased the 55 unlimited data plan.  The service is supposed to be 4G at high speed and 2G speeds when over the allotted data amount.  My speeds went down to 6kbps.  That is slower than dialup.  Page Plus blocked the loading of Verizon Wireless and other competitor websites. The customer rep was extremely rude and refused to help me.  I filed a complaint with the FCC because data throttling is illegal.  Page Plus fired everyone in the OH data center.  All of their customer reps are illiterate people in the Phillippies who can not speak English and are extremely rude. I paid my bill and two days later I received a text message stating my service was switched from unlimited.  When I called the young lady was very rude and told me to go purchase a pre paid card to get more minutes.  Three days later my phone was turned off.  This time I called and spoke to a gentleman who was helpful seeing that he advised me to file a complaint with the FCC because Pages Plus doesnt compensate mess ups when its on their end. Two of our customers got their phones cut off just after they paid their monthly bill and a few other customers this happened to was from a friends store. I am gladto see that something is being done. Once we had helped file a case against PAGE PLUS eith the OHIO state attorney generals office for one of our customers whos account was .10 cents even after he paid the new 39.95 for the new month. Their CUSTOMER SERVICE IS mostly wack with no sense to help customers. They couldnt tell him why he was charged .10 cents and wouldnt even give him the credit. I can clearly rememeber the day because I was stuck at the store with this customer till 11pm with no help. This same night around 9:15p.m. Page Plus disconnected my phone wo notifying megiving me a refund back. I initially purchased a brand new phone and  paid for my unlimited plan on Saturday 252010. Each subsequent mth. I would pay 43.00 for unlimited talk and text. Now Im stuck w a brand new phone that I cannot use I was not granted a refund or given a logical explanation as to why they terminated my service. The customer service at Page Plus is LOUSY bc one can never get through and all youll ever hear is all circuits are busy now. Please hang up and try your call again later. I will not allow Page Plus to walk all over me as if Im a doormat or something. I am a human being worthy of respect.
