I had a judgement brought against me for my "mothers" house that went into forcloseur. I was not an heir, I had no share in her estate nor was left any part of her home. Does anyone think I have a case against the bank and Lawfirm that handled this. The bank was Wells Fargo

My mother died four years ago.I was contacted by group health for her bill when she passed. She had cancer. Not only did I make it a point to not include me as a payee for her bill, I made sure that it was changed when they put my name on it anyway. Here I was dealing with her death and having some lady asking for payment which wasn't mine and had my name...his sad...nat91913@yahoo.com

Our son died in a car accident just two weeks after graduating college in 2009. Everyone wanted money. Sorry he had nothing and we are not interested in reliving the tragedy.

my wife died of mutiple myeloma nov.17,2011,as her husband,am i responsible for her hospital bills?i did not sign anything.i live in wisconsin.

my ex husband did not have anything ,but probate is trying to get the kids to sell his personal items for his debts
