I just learned from a friend of mine who has worked for United for over 30 years that when United filed bankruptcy and merged with Continental, she lost her pension, stock and I believe 401-K. Would she and the other United employees affected by this bankruptcy be able to take legal action? I'm not sure if they lost their funds as a result of the bankruptcy, the merger or if the two blurred together.

Are there specific lawyers handling this? I was buying my company stock through my 401k and monthly investment plan for years when the stock went from $50 to .50 cents and I was never compensated.

My wife divorced me on June 26, 2012 and I could not be able to make it, because the equifax credit manager was investigating my own I.d. and fraud case, my exwife ws g Gu ilty of.. she had a slick layer and I f Fi red mine become she collaborated with mm y exwife and stole m my half of 2008-2009 income tax return by telling her and th d.a. and judge of county of kern state of California, Mojave, ca.. division, where she told them of a incident in my life and I have been esphonged of this incident by my 2 attorneys, brent and klien law firm. I paid for this service and court fees, probation, community services, mr. Brent handle d this no n Tehachapi ca.
The next day I was ordered to be at the Mojave ct. For a retraining order be xtension. I showed up and my attorney told me that I was going to be arrested for the incident 10 year earlier, for $100,000,00 bail??? My exwife had 3r hand no now ledge f ft om 2 sheriff deputy s, 1 was d deputy Disney. They arrested me 4-5 times, 1. Family d Dr. Told me send her flowers, arr re sted, 2.pastor said send her a be easter card, arrested, the others were Facebook and att contact, both verification was false, arrested, and in the process of booking me, they beat the hell out of my life and body. I got county sheriff don Youngblood to stop them. A big violation of my civil rights. She was granted a divorce on June 26, 2012. Reclamed her maiden name Powell and 4-5 days later, she filled for bankruptcy 7 protection under my last name ( ursua).

It must be so easy to get swindled with this stuff! Thank goodness there are laws in place, but I didn't realize that this was a common practice. Is this something stockbroker could advise you about? I still don't know much about investments, and I'm just starting out with this stuff.
