My fiance also took advair for asthma & also myself as I also have asthma ,I've never had to hospitalized. He was admitted and had 3 heart attacks in the 4 days he was there. Last cardiac arrest they couldn't save him . This was in 2009

I took Advair which was given to me by my doctor but, noticed my heart started beating fast after using so, I told my doctor why I stopped using it. Since then I have used several other things Flovent, Serevent, Albuterol and I am slowly trying to stop using all these medicines at all since I don't feel any of them are helping me and had my fair share of visits to the doctors office. The most important thing is I know what triggers my attacks so, I refrain from running, animals at all times and letting people stress me so, far this is working but, my ultimate goal is to give up any medication.

I was on Advair for many years. As soon as commercials started to warn against osteoporosis I switched to another treatment as I had osteopenia/osteoporsis and then was diagnosed w/multiple myeloma which affect bones too. Coincidence? I think not. Wondering if there is a class action lawsuit

I was prescribed Advair and begin to have heart palpatations. Doctors hospitalized for 24 hrs. Discontinued use.

Advir and Servent gave me vfib 5 or 6 times. I had to have a defibulator pacemaker installed. My Doctor wanted me to try it again and it caused blood to swish in my head, with shaking all over, I was weak. Then my heart started racing, I could not sleep, I was afraid to. The swishing rushed up my body to my head, it scared me. After I stopped using it my lungs filled up, I had to cough all the time. It made my breathing worse. I think it caused more health problems, my eyes, I got catarac, my thyroid is off and a lot more.

Anyone experiencing TREMORS after using Advair? It began as slight occassional shaking after taking Advair for a couple of months 3 to 4 years ago. Now it's full scale tremors caused be a patch of dead brains cells. Dr. said they didn't know it would cause shaking until several months after I started taking it. Anyone else with similar problems? Or could have been Chantix cause I started them about the same time . . .

My boyfriend died last June suddenly of an asthma attack after being on this med. It was an utter shock.

Read about this. I used to have asthma and Im glad this wasnt prescribed
